Property Management

What is included?


In our Property Management service Salix Living will take responsibility for managing your property throughout the duration of the tenancy, for a monthly fee. This option is popular with landlords who do not have the time to dedicate to managing their properties themselves.

When signed up to our Property Management service you will receive all the benefits of our Lettings Only service, including the finding of a suitable tenant for your property and our comprehensive marketing activity, plus the peace of mind and added bonus of a Contact Centre and repairs team which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Under this agreement, the experienced team at Salix Living will manage every aspect of the tenancy for you. This includes collecting the rent from the tenant on a monthly basis and arrears control. We appreciate that you are placing your property in our hands, which is why regular inspections of all the properties are conducted by experienced professionals in order to ensure it is being looked after and maintained to the high standards we expect from our tenants.

As part of this service, Salix Living will serve notice when a tenancy end date is approaching. We will renegotiate extensions to the tenancy and rent levels if appropriate for all parties or re-advertise the property if necessary. This is done before the property becomes empty to attempt to ensure a hassle-free transition between tenants and that the property remains inhabited.

When you sign up for our Property Management service, you can be assured that your property is in safe hands. Regular reports are provided throughout the tenancy, and if you have any questions at any time during the agreement, pick up the phone and a member of the team will be happy to provide advice and help you in any way they can.
