Operating from our CCTV control room, the team provide a first point of contact for all your customers through multiple contact channels. Flexibility is the key to the success of 1st Response, providing 24-hour access to our housing services 365 days a year.

Extensive training, means each operative will deal with customers in a constructive, supportive and reassuring way, as well as knowing how to use conflict resolution techniques and having a knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
